The Gastronomy Academy of Ibiza and Formentera awards the Sustainable Local Product prize to Terramoll Wineries. These wineries started their journey in 2000 with the aim of producing a pioneering product in the market, a wine that is entirely from Formentera, where tradition and modernity come together. They have worked on the recovery of native vines such as Monastrell and Malvasia, bringing new approaches with foreign varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Viognier, and Merlot.
